I further agree that I may not, for any reason or under any circumstances, directly or indirectly, be a party to any other activity of a person mentioned in para 3 above without first filing a completed DDT 1013 Letter, indicating that such activities are prohibited. 5. Furthermore, I hereby agree that if it is determined that in the course of any activity in connection with my activities as a MATCH member the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) should contact me or that my authorized representative should contact the DHS regarding my activities, I shall inform MATCH in writing of that contact and shall be responsible for the final response in the MATCH letter and in a subsequent MATCH letter.
