The customer will not be able to place new orders with DDT until the above company's FMS certificate has been issued.  This exclusion can be used by FMS for a wide range of reasons, a list will be provided upon request. When the above company registers in DDS, that individual will become eligible for FMS services, including the ability to submit a DDT application, and the option to receive instructions on an FMS application. Once the above company registers in FMS, it will remain eligible to receive orders with DDT. When the above company registers in DDT, it will also remain eligible for orders with DDT and not be blocked from FMS services. As of 1/30/2025, only DDT, State Farm Insurance, and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) are covered under the current exclusion. B. The following companies/individuals will be excluded from FMS service: C. The Company will not be authorized to submit orders for FMS Services. D. The Company will not be authorized to receive an updated FMS Certificate.
